MBBS Admission in Kerala- Counseling, Colleges, Fees, Cutoff...

The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), will conduct  MBBS admission in Kerala counseling. Only those who are going to be included in the Kerala MBBS merit list are going to be eligible for the Kerla MBBS admission counseling process. Candidates should know that it’s mandatory to qualify the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test- NEET exam by securing the minimum qualifying percentile. Before the commencement of the counseling session, eligible aspirants are going to be required to register themselves for Kerala MBBS admission .

In order to participate in Kerala MBBS counselling, candidates must enter their Kerala MBBS form number and password within the login section and can be required to fill and lock their choices of schools for every round of counselling. On the bottom of those choices, along side NEET scores, Kerala MBBS state merit rank, seat availability, and state reservation criteria, Kerala MBBS admission to around 3182 MBBS and 2077 BDS seats are going to be allotted within the government and personal colleges in Kerala.

MBBS Admission in Kerala Counselling Procedure

 

Step 1: Log in

To participate in the counseling process, the aspirant must go online to the ‘candidate portal’ link provided on this page, when available. within the login page, aspirants must enter their KEAM application number and password provided by the Kerala MBBS form.

Step 2-  Registration 

In the next step, candidates will need to create a password and then need to click on the ‘open registration’ button which can be available on the login page. Candidates are advised to retain the password themselves.

Step 3- Choice filling and locking

On the selection filling and locking page, candidates are going to be ready to view their list of medical and dental colleges. They then got to click on the name of the institute to feature within the preference box and therefore the serial number are going to be displayed on the box. Candidates are going to be allotted to the actual college which they filled as preferences. to save lots of the chosen options, the candidate must click on the ‘save’ option after selecting every option. Candidates also can modify or shuffle the choices before saving. the chosen choices are going to be locked automatically after the stipulated time is over.

Step 4- seat allotment process 

After the choice and locking section, the authority will start the process of MBBS/BDS seat allotment. On the grounds of the state merit rank,  MBBS state merit rank, college preferences as well as the courses, seat availability, and reservation criteria, the  MBBS admission will be granted.

Step 5-  Counseling result

After the method of the seat allotment is over, CEE, Kerala will release Kerala MBBS/BDS counseling leads to the web mode. Candidates should know that the results are going to be announced individually for every round within the sort of a PDF. Step 6- Reporting to the allotted college

Candidates who will be allotted seats will have to report to the designated colleges within the specified time. Aspirants must also carry the relevant documents for verification and completion of the admission process and must also pay the annual fees to join the allotted college in the online mode using the prescribed mode.

  • Nativity certificate

  • Class 10 or SSLC certificate as proof for birth date

  • Self-attested copy of Class 12 mark sheet or original course attested by the head of the institution last attended.

  • Self-attested copies of HSC or equivalent examination mark sheet

  • NCL certificate (for SEBC/OEC reservation)

  • Community certificate (for SC/ST aspirants)

  • Original certificates for those claiming special reservation

  • Self-attested medical certificate (for PH candidates).
