• The client withdraws from our consultancy services before a specified milestone is reached (e.g., before the start of application submissions).
• The consultancy services are not provided as outlined in the service agreement.

1.2 Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to application fees, administrative fees, or any third-party fees incurred on behalf of the client.

1.3 Requesting a Refund

Clients must submit a written refund request, specifying the reason for the request. The request will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe, and decisions will be communicated to the client.

1.4 Refund Process

a) 100% of your total amount will be charged if you Used Our Counselling Services after 7 day of Your Payment Date.

b)50% of your total amount will be charged if you Used Our Counselling Services between 4-7 Day of your Payment Date.

c) 25% of your total amount will be charged if you Used Our Counselling Services between 2-4 Day of your Payment Date.

Payment Will be Credited 7-10 day Working Day receipt of such claim.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by the Client

Clients may cancel their consultancy services by providing written notice. Cancellation fees may apply, and the amount will be determined based on the services provided up to the cancellation date.

2.2 Cancellation by college nexa

collegenexa.com reserves the right to cancel consultancy services in the event of non-compliance with the terms and conditions or if unforeseen circumstances prevent the provision of services. In such cases, a pro-rata refund may be provided.

3. Modification of Services

collegenexa.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue consultancy services at its discretion. Clients will be notified in advance, and alternative arrangements may be discussed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the refund and cancellation policies outlined in the service agreement. Failure to adhere to the policies may affect eligibility for refunds or cancellations.
