MBBS/BDS Admission in Bihar – Steps, Fees, and Seats

Bihar MBBS Counselling  Procedure:

• Before the commencement of the counselling process, the registered candidates are required to fill their choices of schools and courses, they want to urge admission into.
• To fill the alternatives, every candidate must log in using their UGMAC ID and password created at the time of Bihar MBBS registration.
• After logging in, candidates got to click on the button- ‘Submit the option’. which can be available on the screen. Aspirants can enter multiple preferences directly .
• Only the aspirants who are incorporated within the Bihar MBBS  merit list are permitted to seem for the offline seat allotment process.
• The administration also will include the discharge dates for the Bihar MBBS seat allotment process.
• For every candidate, it’s compulsory to register and fill out the alternatives for the Bihar MBBS counselling consistent with the date and time given by the authority.
• The verification of the specified documents is going to be done, after the seat allotment. Therefore, it’s mandatory for each candidate to hold the list of relevant documents for verification purposes.
• On the grounds of the Bihar MBBS state merit rank, preferences of colleges/courses, availability of seats during a particular college, reservation criteria and other factors, the seats to medical and dental colleges are going to be allotted.
• A separate counselling is going to be conducted for candidates belonging to varied categories.
• The authority will release the seat allotment result for both rounds, once the Bihar MBBS counselling are going to be over.
• Candidates allotted seats after Bihar MBBS/BDS counselling needed to report at the designated colleges/institutions for document verification and completion of the admission process on or before the last date.

Mandatory Documents for Bihar MBBS Admission

Below is the list of documents required by the candidate at the time of counselling. The unavailability of any of the documents will cause the cancellation of the candidature.

• Original NEET admit card 2024

• Passing certificate/mark sheet/admit card of class 10 or equivalent exam

• Class 12 or equivalent exam passing certificate/mark sheet/admit card

• Residential certificate

• Caste certificate (if applicable)

• Six copies of a passport-size photograph which was used in the NEET admit card and NEET application form.

• Printout of Bihar MBBS application form.

• Aadhar card

• Other documents required such as a PH certificate

• Copy of NEET scorecard 

• All the relevant documents in the originals.
